1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup crushed walnuts or pecans (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Apples: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced apples with the lemon juice, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir well to ensure the apples are evenly coated. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the apples to soften slightly.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a separate bowl, add the Greek yogurt along with the honey (if you’re using it) and vanilla extract. Stir together until the ingredients are completely blended, creating a smooth and creamy yogurt mixture.
