Cheesy Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

3 cups broccoli florets, steamed

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz or Town House) for topping

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Casserole Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, steamed broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

      Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

        Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the casserole mixture.

          Prepare the Cracker Topping: In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter until well coated. Evenly sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the cheese layer.
