2 cups rotini pasta (or pasta of your choice)

2 cups cooked chicken, diced (grilled or rotisserie)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cream (heavy or half-and-half)

1 cup chicken broth

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

½ cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, and diced chicken. Pour the creamy sauce over the mixture, adding 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
