1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high heat helps make those Brussels sprouts extra crispy!

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.

      Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. For the crispiest results, make sure they’re not overcrowded.

        Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Make sure to give them a toss halfway through for even cooking.
