Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

Juice of 2 fresh limes

Zest of 1 lime

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)

1 cup coconut water or plain yogurt (for a creamier texture)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Mangoes: In a high-speed blender, combine the diced mangoes, lime juice, lime zest, and your choice of honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Coconut Water or Yogurt: Gradually pour in the coconut water or yogurt to create a richer consistency. Continue blending until everything is thoroughly mixed. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.

Mix in Sea Salt: Enhance the flavors by adding a pinch of sea salt. Blend one final time to ensure it's well combined.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mango-lime mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow space for the mixture to expand as it freezes.

Insert Sticks: If your molds allow, place the sticks in the center of each mold right away. If not, allow the popsicles to freeze for about an hour until slightly set, then insert the sticks.

Freeze: Position the molds in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: When you're ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently pull them out and savor the refreshing tropical mango-lime experience!

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6 popsicles

                  - Serving Suggestion: These popsicles are best enjoyed on a sunny day! Serve them with a sprinkle of lime zest on top or alongside fresh mint for an extra touch of freshness.
