Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed granola, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, along with the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth, creamy, and fully blended.

Carefully fold in the halved strawberries, making sure each piece is generously coated with the yogurt mixture. Be gentle to retain the shape of the strawberries.

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. This will prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.

Using a teaspoon or your hands, scoop out small mounds of the yogurt-coated strawberries and place them on the prepared baking sheet. For a delightful snacking experience, group clusters of 3-4 strawberries together.

If desired, sprinkle your chosen toppings—such as crushed granola, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts—over each cluster to add extra crunch and flavor.

Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Allow the clusters to freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solidified.

Once frozen, gently peel the yogurt clusters away from the parchment paper and place them in an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks for a refreshing treat anytime.
