Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce, carefully separated into leaves

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional for added crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

Preheat the Grill: Prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat. For those using a grill pan, place it on the stovetop over medium-high heat and allow it to heat up.

Grill the Chicken: Take the marinated chicken breasts out of the refrigerator and discard any leftover marinade. Place the chicken on the hot grill. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to retain its juices.

Slice the Chicken: After resting, use a sharp knife to slice the grilled chicken into thin, bite-sized strips for easy wrapping.

Assemble the Wraps: On each individual romaine lettuce leaf, lay down a few strips of the sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing to taste, then generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and top with crushed croutons, if desired.

Garnish and Serve: Finish the wraps by garnishing with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Serve the wraps alongside lemon wedges for an extra citrusy kick when squeezed on top. Enjoy your refreshing Grilled Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps!
