Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies (plus extra for garnish)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk (for quick dipping of cookies)

1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Filling: In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks begin to form. Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks are achieved. Once ready, set this mixture aside.

Mix the Cream Cheese: In a separate medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy—this should take about 2-3 minutes. Once smooth, gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese until well combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Dip the Oreos: Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each Oreo cookie into the milk for approximately 1 second—just a quick dunk to moisten them, avoiding soaking to maintain their structure.

Layer the Cake: In a 9x13 inch baking pan, start by placing a single layer of dipped Oreos at the bottom. Spread half of the creamy filling over the layer of dipped cookies, smoothing it out evenly.

Repeat Layers: Add another layer of the dipped Oreos on top of the cream filling, then spread the remaining cream filling over this layer. Finally, complete with one last layer of dipped Oreos on the top.

Chill: Cover the baking pan tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, but preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften perfectly.

Serve: Just before serving, garnish the top with crushed Oreo cookies and optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra indulgence. Slice into squares and relish this delightful no-bake dessert!

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes (including chilling) | Servings: 12
