Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 medium carrot, julienned

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup teriyaki sauce

4 large lettuce leaves (such as butter lettuce or romaine)

½ cup cooked jasmine rice (optional)

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken strips with ¼ cup of the teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In the same skillet, add the marinated chicken strips. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked through and golden brown. Pour in the remaining teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to let the sauce thicken slightly.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a lettuce leaf flat on a plate. If using, add a spoonful of jasmine rice in the middle of the leaf. Top with a few pieces of the teriyaki chicken and sautéed vegetables.

Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top for added crunch and flavor.

Wrap & Serve: Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf inward, then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap. Serve immediately with extra teriyaki sauce on the side, if desired.
