1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon paprika

For the slaw:

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup carrots, julienned or shredded

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

For the tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Lime wedges, for serving

Extra cilantro, for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Slaw: In a separate large bowl, mix together the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine.
