1 cup rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup almond butter (or your choice of nut butter)

1/4 cup chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrition)

Prepare the Strawberries: In a medium bowl, use a fork to gently mash the chopped strawberries until they reach a slightly pureed consistency, retaining some chunkiness. Set the bowl aside to allow the flavors to meld.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix this until the ingredients are smooth and creamy without any lumps.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the rolled oats and chia seeds (if you choose to include them). Ensure they are evenly mixed for uniform texture.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually fold the oat mixture into the wet ingredient mixture, stirring gently until everything is well incorporated. Next, delicately fold in the mashed strawberries to ensure even distribution throughout the mixture.
